2017​

Obtained MAS Capital Markets License as Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC) to manage ever-growing asset base of more than USD500m.

2023​

STG takes over the assets and client base of another licensed LFMC to consolidate its position with AuM surpassing USD1bn. 

2013​

STG was incorporated as MAS Registered Fund Management Company (RFMC).

2020​

Launched a Variable Capital Company (VCC) to assist redomiciling of offshore assets in Singapore
